ok, i bought some decent scales so i can keep proper track of my weight in a morning when its my actual bodyweight etc.

im pretty sure ive done a bit worse than i thought through freshers and im actually up to around 97kg which i dont like =[

I think ive noticably put on a little bit of body fat compared to when i came to uni 2 weeks ago which in all reality is understandable.

By xmas though i want to reach a target ive never really thought about before.. i actually wanna try get to 90kg or below.. is that feesable or possible you recon?

^^^ is my log

^^^ is my routine

I am also training rugby 7-9 on monday nights with 1 hour of it strength and conditioning and possibly training tuesday nights 5-7. On top rugby matches starting 19th of october will be most or at least every other wednesday.

I am going to try and smash as much cardio into it all as possible around the lifting routine and the rugby mainly for fitness but obviously its also going to help burn the body fat i dont want.

I've somewhat drawn the line today and said ok freshers fortnight is over, back to how i was in the summer. Going to do my best to go back to the diet i was on through the summer with porridge for breakfast, sardines/tuna/sandwich for lunch and then chicken/fish/mince with salad for tea with a protein shake aswell throughout the day.

Drinking wise i will do my best and im pretty sure i can limit myself to only drinking on wednesday nights when i have rugby socials and as i am a pretty important and influential part of the team i have to make myself known and shown and cant really not drink lol.

Why i have decided to really go hard and try and smash it is because tbh i feel fucking great, im a hell of a lot stronger and im so much more fitter and its improved my rugby game like you wouldnt believe. So because i feel im strong enough for the purposes i need strength for i can now focus on looking better and getting even fitter to improve my game even further.

This part you may laugh at it but i dont mind, with a t shirt on i look fucking stacked and i look good tbh and ive noticed over the summer since i cut like 2 stone i got pussy easier =D and thats in my mind with me looking meh.. with a t shirt off u can tell i work out but u can tell i enjoyed a life of booze and kfc. Im never really gunna be rocking a 6 pack we all know that and thats not what im going for but I think dropping down to around 90kg which is around 14 stone or even less i would look a sick cunt =D.

thats my goal and il try to keep my log going best i can but im a newfag to it so may be shit for a while.

If u think this is never going to happen, u want a lol, u think its unrealistic or you have some sort of advice/flame/criticism i wanna hear it. I post so you can post so hit me.

cheers.

Bio oil + cocoa butter on stretch marks btw, just remember bio oil is good.

Well thats something ive been asking people but they said only coco butter though so thnx :)

As for walli, take extra long jog Thursday morning if you can followed by a hot shower, you wana try swet out previous night out of your system.

Ofc drinking in moderation is actually good for you, stumps progress a bit but were only human and i say live life while your young... just dont over do it with jayger bombs as that will lead to excess drinking

Good to see you're proud of your progress.

I think a loss of 2lbs/0.91 Kilos a week is possible and considered generally healthy (not fucking starving yourself or having a huge calorie deficit). 12 weeks till Christmas so if you keep a tight diet and routine you'll be below 90 by the 10th/11th week.  I imagine keeping off the booze will be hard for you but its just something you'll to resist and power through.  Definitely possible though.

I went from 94 kilos in mid march to 76 kilos at the start of August. 18 kilograms in 22/23 weeks which is quite average.

Go for it mate. :nice:

as you don't care about strength gains as much now, change ur routine to an actual weight loss / cutting one. do you take multy vits / glutamine ? bbl

This. I was saying this to Joe the other day, you generally just look a lot more healthier.

With your height....if you are aiming to be 90kg.....and have low enough bodyfat to have a six pack.  You would have to be lean as fuuuuuck

he will not have abs @ 90kg this time around lol
