i did 1 hour of strength and conditioning last night with rugby... fuck me sideways... few more weeks of that and il be fit as fuck or il be dead... one or the other.

nah it was more rugby based, did a lot of... sounds retarded but learning how to run lol.

alot of power based activity like squating, press up exercises, squating whilst lifting team mates and shit.... full burpees from deadlift to press up to squat position tojump but proper form...

then lots about the basics of power sprinting and stuff... really hard to explain and to read this about it u might think lol? but to actually do it was sumin else lol

ye i bet the weights was relatively light but mega high/explosive reps. get u fucking breathing lol

good luck bro, trying to cut from 88 aswell, hopefully ill get to 80-82 by december.
