What level would 40k chins get me from range lvl 78?

1k chins is rougly 250-400k xp, if you're popping 400-600xp a throw.

they don't always hit especially if you're 78 range,

at 78 range it will probably be 180k exp per 1k chins and will steadily go up, but 95 range sounds like a good estimmate. I chinned from 77 range to 99 a while ago so 78 is fine. I plan on chinning again just for the decent hp exp soon too.
