the lower the starting bf %, the longer it will generally take to lose.

if you managed that last time though, no reason y not again if you import the perfect diet / cardio routine this time.

pfft creatine is by no means a necessity especially when on a cutting weight routine.

make sure you are having all the multy-vits / omega's etc, glutamine, low cal/carb protein.

6"8 - 6"9 o.0.  305 pounds o.0.    Just reduce rep timing on your sets.  Try not to go crazy on the why, stick to lean meats.  Cut the shit food.  Wouldn't go mad with the cardio either, stick with sprints (running, rowing, swimming, cycling) once or twice a week.  Gl.

he wants to lose a lot of weight lol. cardio is very important.. if he really wants to lose that amount of weight in such a short time then he ideally should be doing 2 sets of low intensity cardio each for up to an hour every day.

at your height, by the time you hit 240 you'll be skinny, the average weight for a fullback is, realistically in the 240-250 range, however @ 6'6+ it's not.

For example look at one of the most successful fullbacks in the NFL

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ovie_Mughelli

HOWEVER, if you don't wanna have pain in your knees as you get older, I would cut down to under 250

Like I said before, at your height a fullback under 250 lbs would be unrealistic, but for the sake of being healthier, get under 250

to be fair tho if he does it right, he could be a lean and fast 250... 250 coming at you with the speed of a 5'9 160, gonna damage.
