my flat barbell bench hasn't increased in 6 months to my knowledge. but this is because I have stopped wasting my time with constant 1 rep max tests.

how many times do you go to the gym and what supplements do you use if any?

i bench every 5-7 days. train 4-5x a week, and just whey.
