Going to make 2 stickies of a fatloss diet plans, and a muscle building diet plans. Will research different diets (such as keto diet). These will include supplements like adv casein protein, creatine etc etc. Will take me a few weeks to do as im abit busy atm.

Any diets you think i should include or anything else i should include (tips) then please PM me! There are plenty of knowledgeable people on this forum and i want to make the most of it. These diet plan threads will be very thorough and should stop people asking questions.

Anyway onto gardening!
