if u shut ur whore mouthes and just watch the video's u will understand reasoning behind everything, fair enough my form is questionable but thats because i drive my ass off the bench. This method is especially good for people who are seeking to bench more, have long arms (which will eventually rape ur shoulders) and people who may be interested in powerlifting/competing.

before you stupid fucks comment that arching ur back is bad, No its not, folding urself in half like a contortionist is though.

What shape did roman's use to build bridges and structures, whats that, ohhh yeah an arch, HERPY DERPY DERPY DERP. An arch is not a CURVE, a curve is what happens when u deadlift and it pulls u out of play, when u arch ur back muscles/spinal erectors flex and lock ur back in a position which keeps the spinal disks from coming out.. whereas curving opens the spine up and thats how the spinal disks slip out.

to put it simply, arching the back is the backs strongest point, when all the spinal muscles are FLEXED, not relaxed.
