Smolov Squat Routine

I'm starting this tomorrow.... i am and am not looking forward to it, i've heard its immense for weight loss, and i can imagine so, pretty high volume squatting.

my current 1rm squat is 150kg/330lb so this is what i'm doing for the first 3 weeks (note its SETS X REPS)

METRIC:

after you do the first three weeks it says you should take a 3 week break to max in, im just going to fully recover, do a 1RM squat, fully recover again then do the second period which is 3x a week for 4 weeks, but much higher intensity, the next 4 weeks you base your numbers upon ur new max. thoughts and comments on this? other than "fuck that"

Post another video of your squatting, I wanna see if you have sorted out your form yet.   10 sets....pretty tuf.

it was a joke referring to ur bb.com estat of 353 squat lol. i actually stumbled on ur profile whilst on teen bb.

lol this routine can get fucked, my legs r fucking raped after the first day, ill just squat with mroe volume for a while then ill get into it when my legs r more conditioned.
