Herblore spec restores

Sup guys, just want to know if it's worth to get 84 herb (i think its 84 not even sure lol) to get spec restores, i'm NOT getting overloads.

If so, I know it's a very broad question but whats the best way to train herb? I don't need the fastest I just need the cheapest.. Starting at lvl 1, it's litterally 4-5 years ago that I trained herblore on my main, and at that time I only trained it to 40. LOL.

Well if you felt like it, you could potentially get Spec Recovers at 79 herblore instead of 84.

I just recently got overloads for 42m doing 86k energy pots. That is pretty cheap, I recommend getting them.

Love spec restores. If you don't have the money, then get 77 construction and build a decent house with a fire pit in the dungeon. You can just go there, die in the pit, and lose your skull, aswell as regain your spec. :>

i profitted 300k getting 70-75 herb on ppots with the dung scroll.

u should get 1-31, then from 31-84 do energy potions, its very cheap, takes around 1-2 days... i went from 32-87 in 2 days doing energy pots.

i also think u should get overloads, because they are sooooo worth it :)
