No the minec is not lean and nor does it need to be, because if your an intelligent cunt like i am you would know that fat melts, aka u can drain it HOYYYYYYYYYYYY.

anyways the pricing.

3x 1.8kg /4lb chicken -            £4 /$6.50 EACH

2kg/4.4 mince (1kg/2.2 ea)  - £2.40 / $3.85 EACH

tuna (28g protein per can)  - £0.45/ $0.72 EACH can.

spend a little, live a lot, Aldi <3

Yeah needs more supermarket economy brands.

This is my main lot of food for the weakly shop:

> 12 medium sized chicken breasts - £16 (grill some in the morning to make sandwiches and some for dinner/lunch)

> 2x8oz rump steak (£16)

> 8oz salmon (idk)

> 24 eggs

> 800g 1% fat cottage cheese

>8 pints milk

+whey/casein shakes.

Will sometimes have some gammon/beef/pork if my parents cook it for dinner but usually I cook my own dinners at home. + Bacon sandwiches on a sunday after rugby :nice:

I usually buy around 7 cans of tuna a week and go through it within the same week its bought.  I have chicken/steak/lean mince(FK YOU REEVESY LEAN IS MEAN) stocked up in the freezer and switch it up each night with couscous/rice/potatoes and veges.  Hits my wallet quite hard but I do have cash saved up.

Mackerel, salmon, chicken breast, turkey breast, etc.

Just usually eat lots of eggs and peanut butter to make put up for it.
