So I was squatting today doing some slightly heavy weight for myself nothing that I haven't done before but still pretty heavy, anyways I went down and heard a pop >.< went to the doctor and he says I got bad muscle spasms, I've never been in so much pain in my life but i learned the hard way form>weight

ive done the weight before and i wasnt just trying to stack on as much as i could it was 250 lbs or so and it wasnt the worst form in the world it was just not 100% proper and i didnt stretch properly
