Bomberkid Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 So I was squatting today doing some slightly heavy weight for myself nothing that I haven't done before but still pretty heavy, anyways I went down and heard a pop >.< went to the doctor and he says I got bad muscle spasms, I've never been in so much pain in my life but i learned the hard way form>weight
