Hey guys, just a few questions!

Hey there, can u make me a custom fitness plan, and a diet plan thanks!

My stats - 10 inch bicepts, 4 inch tricepts. 30 inch glutious behemoth haha! what am i thinking! i mean glutious maximus!

Atm my diet is based mainly around rice crispies, having around 3 boxes a day :)

I was thinking of these tablets called steroids, and if i have 5 boxes of rice crispies a day, ill look like bob the builder in 5 weeks?

Oh and the fitness plan can only use my body and my dump-bells

Monday: Chest

Tuesday: Biceps

Wednesday: Chest

Thursday: Biceps

Friday: Chest

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Biceps

Low weight, high reps, since you wanna get toned not too big or bulky.

Rice crispies are an excellent source of protein. I suggest adding some candy bars and waffle fries.

Gl with your training goals of 2011.

Why rest when you can chest! Im gonna replace all rest days with chest days, 2 chest 1 bicep, 2 chest, 1 bicep etc!!!!!
