Talk about ignorance, you can't say "fucking Chinese people" when it's just select members of mass population. Still, would that happen in a street in London? :/ Fortunately we don't face the same consequences as them for helping someone, we're blessed with free healthcare and a government that's not corrupt.

We consider eating dog to be bad just like other countries condsider us eating cow to be bad, not to mention it's mainly Korea that have the dog market not China. In 2010 there was a massive debate on whether the consumption of cats and dogs should be legal in China and it was close to becoming taboo. As for eating babies you're categorising a whole nation on the acts of less than 1% of the population, not to mention that it happens in several other places around the world, and is an illegal trade. Make your point without being ignorant.
