Animal Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 Ok so my friend asked me to scratch up a logo for his photography work, obviously he wanted it to be based around photography hence why i put the camera there, im just wondering from other peoples perspectives what else could i do to it or remove from it to make it look top notch, obviously my friend will love it because what never seems satisfactory in my eyes to others who arent interested in graphics they seem to love the work Here it is. I made it big so he can use it for both logos and images for posters etc.
Mila Kunis Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 To the background? just in general, no offence im not saying this to offend you, i could just be wrong but imo it looks abit "dull", so yeh the background
Adam Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 Looks great... I think it's little bright but still very good
I C0NN0R I Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 add a simple radial grad. in the BG or something, dull down/get rid of the flare, add some kind of light source, add some colour correction, drop a shadow on the text, or the camera, so one of them is infront of the other. At the moment it seems pretty simple. If you want, upload the .psd somewhere and i'll try some changes.

Ok the flare was only there because he wanted the camera to be in a flashing motion as if it were taking a picture, im sure i can tone that down abit and make it still look like its in flash motion. And i'll apply some drop shadows etc and i'll add a better cc to it. Improvement pic later :)
