Dan| High Rating Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 Has anyone here had any experience (positive or negative) experience with carb cycling when cutting, for example, having 2 low carb days then 1 high carb day and repeating? I am going to begin my cut in January/February and am trying to pull together as much info I can on the most effective way to cut without losing too much hard worked for muscle mass.

Steroids Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 its effective but my m8 felt like fainting on his very low carb days after having alot the previous day. i keep to just maintaining a low carb ratio when on a cut and attempting to get used to it rather than shocking the system every day and feeling even worse from it.
