Please post what you take, and how effective it is

I'm taking bulk whey protein, tastes like shit but it's 47g of protein per take, low callories.

Anyone taking creatine or anything else then whey?

Multivitamin - good all round

Fish Oils - keeps healthy heart

ECA stack - appetite suppressant and energy boost

Whey - obvious

Creatine (have used) - extra strength tho hold more water weight

lol strong hate on halfies, but whatever. At least I'm not some overweight piece of shit who thinks he's a powerlifter who can't even do proper form on a squat. At my weight (170) I can squat the same as you, almost DL as much as you, OP/PP as much as you, the only thing u got is bench.

why would i consider myself a powerlifter when i haven't competed? your deadlift is 330lb, mine is around 500, your squat is 250 so you've said i prsume for a quarter rep on a smith machine, mine 330 atg. see you later bruv

edit: nice being underweight not being able to bulk weighing in at my birth weight & "PLATEUING" at 175lb bench, nice genetics phailure

Lol I could easily squat 275 without a belt ATG, if I had a belt I'd probably be closer to yours, but you don't do proper form so all your squats pretty much add to .... nothing.

keep in mind your 70 lbs heavier added with the fact that you've probably been lifting for twice as long as i have. and I'm stuck at 185 bruv, not 175 for bench. maybe cuz i don't max out, maybe once a month at most. 9.5% BF > 50% BF, nice genetics bruv. PM me if you ever get past 20%.

Whey Isolate (23g of protein I believe, but it runs to the muscles quickly).

Green Tea (helps with metabolism & I like the taste).

Multivitamins (I like vitamins?).

That's about it for me. I don't like to get too bulky. I am more of the getting cut type of person.
