Orange Triad's, are great in multivitamins. But also are high in joint support. And Flaxseed Oil, is great in Omega's and other nutrients.
Smush Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 Occasionally whey protein ... if I'm lucky. Diet, sleep, exercise. I'm making lean gains so no complaints. Man, people are posting laundry lists of supps, and it makes me wonder if the majority of them contain placebo effects.
