just whey, wouldn't know what else to be taking tbh, I don't know the benefits of all this other stuff, would be nice if someone could shed some light

there is really no point in anything else mate. maybe glutamine thats it, but i don't bother... red meat, chicken, tuna, eggs, milk, whey is pretty much all u need..

What does flax seed oil do? and orange triads are multi vits right?

Orange Triad's, are great inĀ  multivitamins. But also are high in joint support. And Flaxseed Oil, is great in Omega's and other nutrients.

Occasionally whey protein ... if I'm lucky. Diet, sleep, exercise. I'm making lean gains so no complaints.

Man, people are posting laundry lists of supps, and it makes me wonder if the majority of them contain placebo effects.
