Maybe remove some of the c4d or w/e that's between the face and the hand, it's a little distracting, i think the body could be a little lighter as well so that you can see the form, atm it just looks like a head and part fo an arm.

As Conn said you should brighten up the torso and arm as the main parts of the sig are the hand and the effects around it.

The background is rather odd, looks like you used "different clouds" and inverted it? Its odd but looks nice

The text is nice but is that a K or I at the end? If K should move the text layer to the top.

Also not that much could be done exept undarken it but bottom left is negative space were as the right side you can see some aspects of it, so could either leave that as it is or adjust the opasity lower, maybe 70% so you could slightly see some of the background as well as keep the depth.

Just a thought, but if you do adjust the sig, save it and reopen it, copy the layer and apply a black layer to make it blacka nd white, then adjust the lighting and try create some depth and contrast. If done the way i can imagen in my head it would look quite nice :)
