Bounty Hunter is Returning

Ok, so i went to runefest and in one of the sessions "Runescape 2012" them mentioned the return of Bounty Hunter, however in a different way. They didn't really go into detail on it, and how it will work, but they did mention it will return, but slightly differently.

Other things they mentioned in the session:

Tzhaar graphics and possibly a new fight cave with a harder version of Jad (he even mentioned that the entrance fee might be a fire cape) and a new tzhaar quest

Kalphite King and Queen Black Dragon is also being worked on

Homepage is getting an update in November

New quest in November, fully voiced but with low skill reqs

Magic based Slayer Dungeon

Player Owned Ports - as in ships etc

Bronze to Dragon armor + barrows is getting updated graphics

The Bountry hunter they describes wasn't pking at all. Mod Mark made it out as everyon tries to kill one guy for a powerful weapon, then whoever kills them gets the wep and makes them the target and so on. No loot to make.
