How do you pk with 1 attack?

Someone want to explain this to me. like those accounts with like 70 def and 99 str with 1 attack. how the hell does that work.

theres people with 70 def 99 str 1 atk? thats dumb, get 20 attack at least. and stick with 45 def. idk how they would pk with 1 99 70 though.

they get 5 attack so that they can hit and go like slayer staff w/ obby shield to maul for ko

they get 70defence for piety + barrow/bando's/dragon

Look's like you got some general idea's so im going to lock this, if you wan't it un-locked again pm me.

They use obby maul, however most get 20 attack for corrupt statius and vesta weapons.
