Tom (Rendition) Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 Here's the formula for worknig out your 1RM (1 rep max): Weight x Reps x .0333 + Weight = Estimated 1RM So say you lifted 70kg 3 times, it would be: (70 X 3 X 0.0333) + 70 = 76.993. I don't know how accurate it is.

Steroids Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 a 1 rep max calculator is never going to be accurate lol. doing it with full awareness of how to prepare beforehand etc is the only way to know precisely what ur capable of. but yh id rather use this calc because doing 1 rep max's during a muscle building routine is extremely pointless in most cases anyway.
