I Meleed I Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 Basically a calorie counter/meal planner. It's good as you can choose what your diet will consist of in order to meet all of your macro needs as opposed to following somebody else's dietary plan (unless you have your own competent one already). It has lots of options for example carbs for the first few meals then 0 on the last / how many meals you want to eat a day to hit your macros. But yeah it's worth a look. I'm currently using it on a day to day basis. www.swole.me Check it phaggots.

Tris Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Milk is a good all round source of protein and most milk has a good balance of carbs/protein/fats. It also has so many day to day uses; adding it to your cereal or oatmeal and of course most of your supplements like whey, casein etc. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/catmilk.htm Avocados are quite high in calories however they contain many rich vitamins/minerals and essential fatty acids. http://www.worldclassbodybuilding.com/forums/f481/avocado-benefits-77520/

I Meleed I Posted November 6, 2011 Author Posted November 6, 2011 Was wondering about the GOMAD diet. Any1 been on it? I'm scared about getting all that BF. I might GOMAD until 190 lbs, so who knows. One of my best friends did some very impressive gains on GOMAD. Here are some pictures (not actual progress pictures just different facebook ones) This is first picture (Before GOMAD and lifting) - To note he did GOMAD with Starting Strength which utilized the fuck out of his noob gains. (He also incorporated drop sets during his second bulk with GOMAD) This next picture was a couple months into GOMAD. This final picture is what he looks like now after his second run of GOMAD and after a 2 month low carb/no alcohol cut. (Halloween fancy dress before anyone asks) So yeah GOMAD is good if you do it right. Make sure you're lifting heavy and frequently (3 times a week at least). My friend did 2-3 months on GOMAD then 2 months cutting. He did this twice. This is the result. (He bulked upto 14 stone from 11 and is now sitting at just below 13 with his cut(Bear in mind some of the weight will be milkbloat). He got alot of milk bloat during the process which would probably be off putting to some. Just think of the end results! ~My other friend tried to do the same but failed to lift properly/skipped days so now has a belly lol. It is what you make it. Don't go into it if you aren't prepared to give it 100%.
Smush Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Thanks for the pictures/all the examples of your friends. Really helpful! Yeah that was my big fear getting dat dere milk belly and failing to lose it. I'll have to prep for it and he was 14 stone at the peak of his bulk? Wow. I'll think about it, and if I do happen to go on GOMAD, it'll be a nice winter bulk. Thanks for the help.
Steroids Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 don't be scared of losing abs for a season lol, SO easy to lose if ur determined. i see ab loss as a sign of ur calorie surplus actually working.

No worries too mate, if you have any specific questions about it I can ask him for you.
