So yeah, i've never been able to get my teeth as white as I have wanted. This isn't a personal hygiene issue, as I always spend longer than average on cleaning. I've tried multiple pastes, some of which have worked for my friends/brother, however my mum has the same problem, very strong healthy teeth ( never had an issue in terms of filling etc... ) however always had a slight tinge and discolouring.

Thinking about getting professional laser whitening done ,  or perhaps even veneers. Has anybody ever considered this? I know its unusual but has anybody used for example self whitening kits? Or had any kind of results with any particular pastes?

Thanks

I've had shits tons of work on my teeth.

My teeth are almost as white as I want, one thing I've notice works is Crest White 3D toothpaste, only 4-6 bucks and I noticed my teeth get noticeably whiter. I've tried the strips, they work, but they're too expensive.

I've been thinking about getting laser whitening, since I saw it for cheap on Groupon, if it comes up again I'll buy it.

Thanks, i'll see if that's available in the UK, and would you say if the options had no relation to cost, go with the laser?

White teeth get the bitches. My friend has been using Crest White Strips for a couple months now, and you actually notice his white teeth when you talk to him its ridiculous.

Not sure if you drink liquor/smoke/drink coffee a lot but cut back on that as it doesn't help.

Yes, with no relation to cost laser would be the best option.

Definitely cut out the acidic foods as well, I heard citrus is one of the worst. Fucks up your enamel and then you'll be able to see through your teeth.

Just head to a dentist that isn't NHS funded and inquire about having your teeth whitened (no laser), It'll cost around £90.

Also start using mouthwash if you don't, I started using the blue listerine one which is only a few quid from tesco and it makes a massive difference.

teeth have a natural colour, and for some people it isn't as white as they wish it was.

if your teeth are naturally not quite white, you do whatever you want to them, they will go back to their natural colour.

A couple of my m8s tried out Crest White Strips, expensive but their teeth really lit up.

If you find a good dentist, with good reviews, then why not get lasering?
