Lol, I know that you can't put on mass without protein. All I'm saying is I don't drink much whey, lately my diet has been high protein anyways, so I havn't felt the need to be drinking whey all day. I never said anything about cutting protein from my diet.
Smush Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 I prefer protein from food rather than protein from whey, but whey is easy and accessible. I always wondered about creatine too, don't know if I'll ever try it seeing as I need to maintain weight for season.

On gym days yeh, otherwise probably not. I don't really monitor what I eat at all. And I have no idea what should be in it nutritionally :s.

It won't effect your ability to bulk, you will just have to increase your calorie intake to compensate.

Had enough of it for two years, I'm done, they want me to be 170, I told them I was bulking, they said no. I then said I'm not cutting, plus I don't enjoy it anymore, getting double legged for an hour sucks. I'm taking up Muay Thai since I'm tall and want to take up a striking discipline.
