Hey guys, my name's Kevin for those who don't know me I just quit RS to focus on my health and becoming a better person all together IRL.

I'm going to start being active on this forum.

I'm not here to bulk or anything I'm just here to lose weight.

Started my journey at 257lbs I was highly overweight. Since June 2nd 2011 I've lost 47lbs.

Look forward to speaking with you guys and taking advice.

good shout mate bonnie amount of weight loss im currently losing weight too. You been lifting as well or just cardio?

count calories, go gym, listen to steroids. you'll do fine.

Lifting is a good way of losing weight too.  Especially high volume squats and deadlift.  Goodluck, make goals and stick to them!
