But dosent spirit terrorbird give defence xp? It says "controlled xp" and the summoning tab

yes because then you can do smokin kills and get slayer helm

ye just get it, helps and it doesnt count in pvp id u dont summon

or if u do summon u can pk with extra food :D and extra cmb lvls ofcourse but thats ok :D
