so how in the fuck do i get 30 fps max when alone and 10-20 when surrounded by ppl with lowest details possible and on directx mode? pisses me off to drag switches if theres more ppl around.

Yeah jagex even admitted there servers has something to do with it, also your internet speed could possibly affect it. not to sure about that. but yeah jagex need to fix up

it's rs, you could probs play bf3 on ultra settings and get the same fps at least

also update your heap, delete your .jagex folders, "re-install" rs, chose auto configure, see if it selects open GL or directX (cus your shit gfx card) then see where that goes
