'Mercy Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 Hey everyone, Kind of new to the whole aspect of the gym, gained all my muscle mass throwing hay in the summer basically. I'm about 180lbs right now, without a whole lot of body fat, and have good cardio, and I limit my junk food intake. Does anyone know some sort of workout routine, or where I could get one? At the university I'm going to we're granted free access to the gym so I figured I've been avoiding it for too long now, so I may as well get back into shape for next year's football season. Any suggestions? Thanks. :)

konka Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 When I first started going to the gym - there was an option where I went to get a free routine designed for YOU. A personal trainer would run you through the exercises, what you would do each day and work it out based around your life style. Your uni should have something like that too - it also helps get your technique sorted because they run you through it properly.
