Made a cake using whey earlier for the fun of it, turned out pretty good, worked out its something like 180g carbs, 78g protein, 87g fat, 1815 calories (going off reevesy's method of calculating calories), good for bulking i guess :P

Ingredients

100g Self-Raising Flour (If using chocolate or unflavoured protein powder, you could substitute 25g of flour for 25g cocoa powder to make it extra chocolatey)

50g Protein Powder (Whey etc)

100g Margarine

100g Sugar (Can use a natural sweetener)

2 Eggs

1. Set oven to 180 degrees celsius, grease an 18cm cake tin (can use any fat/greaseproof paper).

2. Cream together margarine and sugar till no sugar remains.

3. Mix together protein powder and flour.

4. Beat eggs into margarine+sugar mix, one at a time, whilst gradually adding flour, then mix in any remaining flour. Mix well.

5. Once well mixed, no lumps/bits of flour remainng, pour mix into cake tin.

6. Bake for 25-30 mins.

7. When done, you should be able to stick a fork into the cake and it come out clean, if it comes out gooey, put it back into the oven for a further 5-10 minutes.

8. Once done, leave to cool for a bit, then either eat it as it is, or slice it in half horizontally, and add any filling (eg. jam, chocolate spread, peanut butter, buttercream)
