Steroids Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 my motivation is intrinsic, i have ipod on but only my slowpaced RnB lol, ignore it during sets. not really sure what too advise you, if you actually don't enjoy the gym and or have no will power, might aswell not bother. :( my gym partners distract me and on days where i don't need a spotter i wish theyd go home.
