That is the link, to an application for Il Ice O0 to become a full member of FOE.

As you can see, it was posted 8 days ago. Please don't make the poor man wait any longer. Some of you may not know him but he has been a loyal servant to final ownage elite for a good year now, his old account O0 Ice Il was banned yet he still continued playing RS in order to join FOE, slaving is way through and making a new account. He was an ex-experienced member of your clan and i just think you should give his application some attention, it has all yes's so far but has he been forgotten about with your influx of other applications from the likes of L Nerd L and such? He is a very active and nice guy, as im sure some of you will know and if you don't you should.
