Sefket Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 **If you have nothing nice to say, please don't post** Link: Pure Community IRC Channel: #Pure-Community Introduction: Pure Community is a forum created by pures and for pures. Pures have been an important aspect of Runescape. Having a high combat stat with a low combat level made the entire aspect of a "pure" very unique. With the growth of pure world, many guides and forums were made to expand the pure world even more. Pure Community is here to make the pure world an even more enjoyable experience with events such as drop parties, events with prizes, etc. History of Pure Community: Pure Community opened on June 7th 2006 by Wana Pure Me aka Nick and Bonesaw Pk, the founder of Final Ownage Elite. Pure Community was opened to expand the pure world and make it a neutral environment where pures can interact with other pures and where pures can get information on clans, quests, and training/skilling tips. Why have a Pure Community? 1. Pure clans don’t last. Pures don’t last. But a community does (Even after retirement, people still post, people are still friends) 2. Respect. Earn respect in the pure world. 3. Represent your clan. By joining Pure Community, you and your fellow clan mates can advertise your clan and discuss their clan warfare. 4. You can get what you need and crave: Benefits from recent updates? Quests for pures? Guides on quests/skilling? All will be provided. 5. Pure clans will be a hell of a lot more active. 6. You do not need to be worried about being deleted if you are inactive. 7. You do not need to be entitled to a clan. You do not need to be a mere guest in a pure clan forum, but a member of a society. Whats in it for Clan Members? We will not tolerate flaming, trolling or any disruption in this community. By this we mean we will ban members who do not follow the PC rules. This forum will be a friendly environment and stay that way. They will have the opportunity to represent their clan, advertise their clan, and discuss their past warfare. Most importantly clan members will be able to gather in the forums to talk about the major issues going on with the pure world, and solve them. Future Developments? Why should I join a new forum? Pure Community will grow and grow and grow until... it can never stop growing. Pure Community will host many new aspects of the Runescape era. 1. Dicing will be provided within the forums where people can discuss dicing. (See PC dicing) 2. Gambling will be provided as well. (See PC gambling) 3. Events will be provided. Mass pure events such as tourneys, etc. Prizes will be awarded from these events as well, (Runescape GP). 4. Drop parties and other events will be provided as well. 5. Guides and tips will also be provided in the forums as well. Well? What are you waiting for? A community is here with open arms. *IMPORTANT MESSAGE* Many of you have asked questions such as "Why is PC reopening again?" I'm here to tell you that PC is going to be approaching a friendly environment where moderators and admins will follow a fair and consistent role. Many complaints that show up in a community or a forum lie in an unfriendly environment where flaming, trolling, or other disruptions cause issues that are too hectic for people to deal with. This results in people reacting back in anger and making the whole forum unappealing. We're here to take a different approach. Bias moderation for one factor will be not tolerated. If a moderator is seemed to be bias in any way, a demotion will be easily given out. If members disregard the board rules, they'd be instantly put into the warning system where forum suspension and post suspension is likely. Fair and consistency is our motive in reopening PC.

Sefket Posted December 7, 2011 Author Posted December 7, 2011 Email registrations are now fixed, sorry about that.
Pixel Pigeon Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 Only problem with a pure community, new pure's (people who are making their first pure ever) will most probably get flamed out by the self-proclaimed "elitists".
Hatton Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 As a matter of fact, the people who are running the site have a lot more experience than those on Pure Warfare and know how to handle situations better. Register and post on the site please, more clans will be joining.
Light Mayhem Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 memb #36 or sumtn on there, shud be active again soon
