SkidooosH Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 See title, what fitness goals have you guys met? So far for me: -lost 15 lbs -lowered my resting heart rate to 55 bpm -lowered my blood pressure from 135/87 ish to 102/72 -ran both a 5k and 10k last weekend when the most ive jogged off a treadmill was 1.5 miles -came close to 90 lb db bench.. Ended up spraining my shoulder so not many lifting goals met -completed 5 pullups, never been able to before (6'3 210+ lbs) How bout you?

Either way, gained 19lbs of muscle(I gained some fat too but I subtracted it), can't remember when I started tracking it.
Tom (Rendition) Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 I can lift just under double of what I could in all exercises compared to 6 months ago(apart from squat and deadlift cos I've had training issues =(.)

Steroids Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 apart from the obvious bulk back up after summer cut, over the year iv focused alot more on doing exercises that benefit the aesthetic muscle shape that i'm going for rather than doing the same standard exercises/standard form that everyone uses.

I Meleed I Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 since last year i have lost 30lbs, adapted a healthier diet and lifestyle. mastered deadlift form and have steadily gone from around 24% bodyfat to 14% and still cutting. feelsgoodman!

Steroids Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 mind-muscle connection yh. a lot of bodybuilders say its crucial. apart from the obvious bulk back up after summer cut, over the year iv focused alot more on doing exercises that benefit the aesthetic muscle shape that i'm going for rather than doing the same standard exercises/standard form that everyone uses. you run a clear cut and bulk? i don't think i could ever go to drastically either way. much rather clean bulk so i'd never have to cut down again. bulking is eating way over ur maintenance either way lol. ull gain bodyfat % guaranteed. clean bulking is soooo over-rated if you know how to cut.
Tris Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Was 94 Kilograms in March with 25%+ Bodyfat, got down to 76 Kilograms at like 16% Bodyfat mid August and now I'm at like 83.1 kilograms 18% bf on bulk till 87/88.
Smush Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 This is the first year that I actually started lifting. Progress went from 148 lbs to around 175 lbs, all pretty much around 10% BF. My lifts went up, my shoulders are much broader/wider/aesthetic. My bench went over 200 lbs+. My deadlifts are 375+. But it's only the beginning ...
