Dung help on main

Hello guys after a very long break from RS I'm thinking off coming back to cure the boredom I have at uni atm. I have a few pures however I want to start as a main this time and have found my first rs account which im going to use.

I need help with dung, I have never done it before and was hoping someone could help me, I'm looking to get on a decent team to atleast learn the basics of dung and also to get better. Here are my stats below I know they suck perfect base for a main tho.

do some floors by yourself to get Complexity 6 then from there just do solo or if you see someone that hosting a floor you need then that's a team you can do.
