gfdgfd Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 fHprG29v26A 28% > 4% BF in less than a year, is this real life?
Tris Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 I don't reckon he's 4% but the transformation is amazing.
Reevesy Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 fHprG29v26A 28% > 4% BF in less than a year, is this real life? lol olympia on stage dudes r about 4%. he is not
Tom (Rendition) Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 I think inspiration drawn from the aesthetics of athletes is a horrible idea. You are NEVER going to be as big/lean as Arny, and although you may be feeling inspired now, in a year or 2 years time when you are not even half way towards becoming his shape, you are gonna feel demotivated. My inspiration is beating myself, and looking at the progress I've made. You probably have different reasons for going to the gym to me though.

You are NEVER going to be as big/lean as Arny. do people really want to be that big? the general 9/10 aesthetic physique that most people desire is obtainable regardless of not being blessed with the lottery genetics that arnie posessed. im assuming/hoping that the pics of him are being posted because people have researched his views/commitment etc not because they want his exact build.
gfdgfd Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Yeah that's exactly it, it's the attitude, not how he looks :S
Lil_Guy Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 fHprG29v26A 28% > 4% BF in less than a year, is this real life? lol olympia on stage dudes r about 4%. he is not Nor he was 28% BF. The dude is clearly one of those scams where they just get abit fat to sell their product.

If you are constantly aiming to beat yourself, then you are going to achieve and suceed all the way until you reach an age where your body naturally starts going down hill. Fair enough Steroids/Dog, if that's the reason that people are posting pictures of Arny, or have pictures of zyzz in their avatar/sig, then that is no bad thing. My opinion though, is that for most people they are doing it because they are in admiration of the aesthetics of the individual, not the mindset of the individual.
Smush Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 People have different sources of motivation. You can use your old self as motivation or you can use others as motivation for a better life. Oh and that video is dumb. That dude obviously knew what he was doing, and he was nowhere close to 28%. He knew exactly what he was doing.

Steroids Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 lol you have something against people that know what they're doing? fair play to him if he's done all the required research and has the commitment to make a big change like tht. although its not tht impressive anyway lol, anyone could lose 15-20 bf % in a year with good diet alone.

I understand your point, but what does it matter if people draw inspiration from individuals other than themselves. Regardless if it's the mindset or the looks at least people are getting fit.
