Left shoulder

When I woke up yesterday I had this sharp pain in my left shoulder, thought it was because i slept in a strange position but that usually goes away after a couple of hours so thought no biggy. Now, a day later it still hurts and if I move my left shoulder its cracking like a nutcracker. Does FOE know what the fuck is wrong with me?

dunno then possible rotator cuff injury or worn cartilege / tendonitis, take ur pick. go to doctors.

= Sleep on your back. It's the best position.

Few weeks ago I did my wrist in by sleeping on it somehow, had a sharp pain when I moved it.  Went away with a bit of rest. I went and  saw my doctor about it still just too make sure it wasn't anything serious; turned out just to be a sprain.

I'd see a specialist or doctor if it doesn't go away in a few days.

Sure it was shoulder? I usually get sharp pains in my traps like a day or two after deadlifting, they usually go away within a few hours.

I probably know what caused the pain.

Around 1-2 months ago i fell quite hard whilst rushing to school on my bicycle. So I probably slept in the wrong position which caused the pain to come back or w/e, if it stays this way i'll visit my doc :)

Nilo should be banned for posting that shit . Its happened to me before , i thought the same . Went away after afew days . Could be growing pain :P
