Exercises increase testosterone (especially stuff like deadlifting/squatting), so that probably explains why you get aggressive/horny.

weed is helpfull in ways with bodybuilding as it helps your body relax and recover just dont go and eat loads of shit and ruin your diet plan, sleep is one of the most important things you need when building muscle as they recover(grow) when you sleep so try get your sleeping pattern straight.

buy protein powder online look for one like hyperbolic mass if you want to bulk or normal whey if you dont want the calories and carbs etc, you will buy a shaker where you put about 400ml of water in then a scoop or two of the powder then shake. simple as that

Sorry but weed is not helpful whatsoever, smoking anything pollutes your lungs, which makes the endurance of your body worse overall

As i said, its something to calm me down and help me sleep.

I have bad insomnia.

I dont sit there and smoke and 8th in one day, i have a spliff then kip or maybe 1 after dinner then 1 at night.

but thanks all for the info thus far.

Just need to get a diet plan and find the right mix to buy.

If you didn't have insonmia would you quit smoking ? Is there another solution around this ? Less harmful .

Still to calm down, as i said im not a "passive" smoker, i can make an 8th last me a week easy

A pouch of tobaco lasts me a month because i use very little in my joins> burn the tar out and then back roll to get the full tast of the ganja and less papper inhaled.

I dont smoke 24/7 but thats because of reasons which i don't wanna share tbh

Uni is going to be my focus but this semesta's lessions are less than last terms so ill have a lot of time to concentrate with both things.

Obz i will give it a shot and jog instead at night, so ill want to come home and kip> means ill smoke less
