Foot Soles + Squatting + Feet

when I run on the treadmill my feet kill, just looking for a foot sole that anyone uses when running, the arch on my foot goes down instead of up, I have some soles I bought online but they are just giving me blisters.

squatting - should I squat bare foot or take out the soles in my shoes, I know you're supposed to squat in flat shoes like converse or somethin like that so was just wondering

1 last thing, my feet crack sometimes when I walk, was wondering if taking a supplement like fish oil would help that.

ty in advance.

dunno if just having big feet is my problem, size 14-14.5 US.

Squatting barefooted gives for less stability than actual weight lifting shoes, making the movement more focused, isolated and concentrated.

As for running, I am extremely flat footed. I seen a specialist, he said flat feet people can adapt more due to the face the foot can shape to the environment. I am size 16 US, and find that trying to walk more on my toes does not give aching pains. If you have to sacrifice a couple minutes in order to get walking properly it will be more beneficial.

you over pronate most likely as its highly common.

i worked in a specialist running shop for a few years and essentially you just need to go into one, get ur feet tested on the machine which they should have.

but a simple test stand upright and take 1 step forward. watch your foot as you apply weight to it, if it moves in an inward motion so as if the arch on ur foot is caving in you need running trainers with supported wedges built into them along the inside of the sole.

yeah when I walk both of my feet move inwards, gonna make an appointment at the foot doctor's. last time they gave me a full shoe sole and my feet still hurt when I run.  they took x-ray's and said I had an extra bone or summit in my foot, so I'll look into that.
