Not sure if you heard about it on 4chan or not but most likely whatever you heard wasn't true. First of all, tor/.onion is not deep web, it's anonymous web. Not anonymous like the hacker group, but anonymous as in your somewhat hidden. what is on tor: illegal drug trade child porn FBI intermed hackers who are trying to bring justice to pedo's/druggies hardcore porn whats not on tor: government secrets location of atlantis elite hackers ufo/alien info illuminati secrets plus tor isn't even "deep web" actual "deep web" is stuff thats on computers that aren't connected to the internet, but are connected to computers that are connected to the internet. Not saying that stuff is secret either. I could have an old box without internet access, sharing files with my laptop which i use for the internet. On that box I could have a picture of a cat and that would be considered "deep web". Basically anything thats not directly on the internet but still accessible.
