imo kinda sick, you can do it the healthy way or go too far.. Once you go far it  aint even attractive anymore

looks decent. debating doing it for a period of time before i cut to get it started.

makes sense with the first set of each 3-exercise cycle being at 6RM to promote less muscle wastage etc and the order of the exercises being done in. may edit it slightly though. you going to try this?

Might give this a go actually sounds pretty good. what does he mean by this.

•Use a 40X0 tempo on the sets of 6; a 20X0 tempo on the sets of 12; and a 10X0 tempo on the sets of 25.

• You must use the entire 2-minute rest period. If you do not, you might not be able to use sufficient weight (or complete the prescribed reps), thus affecting lactate production

i dont know what the timing means

he is saying dont have too much rest time, but have enough to produce the right amount of lactic.

as a quick update

i tried for first time just now tonight. but gym was packed so was tough.

i did shoulder one first but didnt know on the weight so went with my usual shit, struggled hard... this shit really takes it out of you more than you anticipate it gets you so tight and pumped and god...

so i finished it but not brill because the weights were too high to start with.

on bicep i did it with stood up db curls as all benches were taken but was fine, havnt felt a pump in my biceps like that for a long while, felt great.

tricep i just did overhead db, push down with cable and then finished with iscolated cable. great pump and was hard.

think it is going to be interesting if i can keep this up for 6 weeks strictly etc.

I don't understand how the whole thing is that different tbh.. I often take 60 second breaks between sets just because i'm a phat wanka, how does it differ? or does it only create more lactic acid when done wtih a certain routine etc

the routine in the topic is a 10 second rest between sets.

trust me, doing 6 fairly heavy reps 10 seconds, 12 reps of an exercise then 10 secs then 25 burn set on an exercise.

its hard and is basically working off ur lactic systems im assuming its getting at.

y r u over complicating stuff all the low rest periods is gonna achieve is making u breathe harder aka what cardio does. so y not lift how you like and do cardio and just not eat shit then u will lose weight lol
