virus Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 ye so i just started farming and i was wondering if i put super compost on a flower and herb patch then put the seed in and watered it could i log off and come back when there ready to harvest and have a 100% chance of them not dying? if not so whats the easiest way to succesfully farm herbs and flowers since u cant pay an npc to watch them thx alot :) :) :)

Sickmager5 Posted August 20, 2009 Posted August 20, 2009 Ya, if you want farming to be a side activity, it is best to just leave them and take your chances. Especially since you are just starting, and the seeds you use are cheap. Most likely everything will live, and if it does not, replant it. Once you get to ranarrs, you may want to pay a little more attention, but even then, if you do not want it to become your main activity, just let it sit.
