Requesting GFX

I'm working on a PK Vid for J U B Jub and Failed Again (Connor and Kyle) and basically I need a little tag at the bottom to tell viewers if it's connor's clip or kyle's clip. If you've seen the FOE Pk vid with all the names at the bottom, that kind of what I need. I'm not asking for anything too complex, just a basic little box with a fairly basic border. For the background I'm thinking Red will work. Oh yeah, I want the tags to be identical, the only thing that should change is the name in the tag. The names that I want in the tags are:

J U B Jub
