This guy has a few different workouts, here are a couple.  

What do you think of the workouts?

I think they look good, but the fact they are high rep range/low rest time means they are probably bad for me if I'm trying to bulk.  Could i just lower the rep range/increase the weight?

Yeh, well i havn't been recently mannnn.  Feel like I gotta switch my shit up.
