Thanks both, following Tris picture I'm not over 25% but don't look as low as 20%.

How many Kg's am I looking to lose if I want to lose my belly? 20?

I wouldn't aim for a number necessarily, if I were you I'd cut down till I was happy with where I was at to start bulking. Lose ten kilos, see what you think, if not happy lose more if happy start bulking.

I'd say you're around 21-23% right now.

you'd be surprised in how much weight you need to lose to make a visual change. you lose a fuck ton in water.

around 20. get callipers if ur tht bovered and want a fairly good estimate.

here's another, I think I look higher % here.

I already ordered a capiler or w/e but it's gonna take like 1 week.

Also, you can't really see it on my pictures but I have a shoulder higher than the other, is it normal? Someone told me it could be a postural problem.

I wouldn't be worried about losing BF, rather I'd just be concentrating on cutting weight. Waiting around for calipers won't lose you any weight.

I already started and not going to stop, I just want to have a reference so that I know if I'm losing fat or muscle.

yes u prolly have postural problem and if u started lifting 2 weeks ago u wont be losing muscle lol just eat high protein low carb n fat weight will fly off while u get newb gains

to be honest dont worry about losing weight at the moment as such.

to be honest i was in a similar situation and to be frank its worse to me having fuck all muscle or strength meaning you are literally just size in fat.

your arms are puny and you have 0 shoulders.

no chest cept for moobs

sounds harsh but i was there as many were, i would honestly say just smash the shit out of the gym lifiting big with intention of building muscle... this will regardless of what any retard says burn up some of the fat and will build muscle and give you overall a better shape.

once you are lifting respectable weights so therefore have the muscle then look to 'cut'.

right now if all u did was concentrate on cutting body fat and weight you would be nothing more than a weak fat kid thinking he is gunna lose weight and develop a 6 pack or something.

just my opinion anyway
