(high volume) from what ive read and what people have been saying i should get roughly a 50lb gain out of this.

(srs btw) this isnt my log and it depends... this is a lot of volume for deads alone, it fucking tired u lol, also i train everything every 5th day so i dont want to wreck myself, so i recover in time.
