Help with Korasi Sword!!?

Ok guys, I really badly need help with getting the infamous Korasi Sword.

So my issue is, i need to know how much it'll cost me and a FAST(ish) but still cost effective way to get the 70 Smith, craft and construction, i do have a 30m cashpile but i don't want to waste it, so the ways you recommend don't have to be the fastest im mainly looking to save some cash here.

So dont call me lazy, Ive done some looking around and saw someone said to do smithing, you use Goldsmith Gauntlets and do Gold Bars, and for crafting you do flax, but im not to sure out of all the skills what the best option is.

So im really looking for some opinions here it'd be greatly appreciated if you could help me out, many thanks!

EDIT: WORKED OUT DOING GOLD BARS WITH GOLDSMITH GAUNTS, ID LOSE 2M GETTING 70 SMITH WHICH IS PRETTY GOOD, IS THIS A USEFUL WAY OR NOT? I HAVE NO CLUE HOW 12.5K BARS WOULD TAKE TO MAKE THOUGH.

Craft - Pick/buy flax and spin (slow)

Con - Use cheaper planks / make your own or even cut your own logs then make into planks (slow)

Thanks Sly, think ill stick with Gold bars for smith, but maybe do something a little faster for con and craft, cheers!
