How good would this comp run RS?

So my current comp cant pk for shit, and i ordered a new comp just want your opinion on it, specs are:

Made by Dell

2nd Gen, Intel i7 2600 Processor (3.4GHZ, 8MB Cache)

16gb 1333MHz Memory (RAM)

2TB Data Stripping Harddrive

1.25GB GDDR5 Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 Ti

not sure if you know anything about computers and there depreciation but they lose just about half there value after a year.

that's why i buy a new computer every year and sell it within the year, my shit stays up to date with everything only costing me a couple hundred dollars. works out for the best in the long run rather then spending over 1.5k for a computer to keep for a few years.
