I have been gone for a very long time, but when I checked FoE requierments they want you to complete the first and second one, and pref the 3rd too; why is this? What purpose do they serve a pure?

But on topic: those quests give access to mind body, mind helmet (up to part 2)

And body body for part 3.

You can't get body body unless you're 22(?)+ defence with a super defence potion, but mind body gives magic defense bonus and ranging(?) bonus too.
