Sorry I haven't updated in awhile, I was out partying last saturday and I got grounded for the week, which is why I have not progressed in any way.

Sorry didn't see this, but you have to complete the quest "One Piercing Note" and have a completed prayer book and 60 or 66 prayer can't remember which though.
