Started yesterday, (height approx 6'2)

29th feb.      251.75lb

1st march     250.5lb

2nd march    249.5lb

3rd march     250lb, only thing i can put weighing more down to is because i drank a lot of water yesterday, so no sweat.

4th march     248.25lb

will update this daily as im going to be losing fucking tons of weight. this cut is involving 1 hour of incline treadmill walking per day, squats every other day, high rep deadlifts once a week, a total of 1700-2000 cals a day. 250g protein a day minimum.wish me luck and inb4 epic retards that dont even lift saying ill lose muscle not fat.

well ye 3 months wasted of that then i did 2 months cardio and lost a load. took 6 weeks off diet now back 2 it

i will be cutting into the 90kg range. 90-95 i believe. my mate reckons i can lose 30lb this first month lol, hope hes fucking right ha

generally 1900 cals. but this is how it goes.

9:15-30am

40g porridge 300 milk. 300 water + 30g scoop of whey (21g protein)

12-12:30

1 tin of tuna + rice or brown bread

3-4

1 tin of tuna + rice or brown bread

gym

post workout shake, just 2 scoops whey / 42 protein

6:30-7

1 tin of tuna + rice or brown bread

9:30-10

1 tin of tuna + rice or brown bread

midnightish

2 tins of tuna then bed.

this is every day.

& steroids 170-180g carb a day.
